Job Description:
We are currently seeking a **Technician with proven experience in Dry-Pipe Fire Suppression System installation** for a multi-family residential construction project.
The technician will be responsible for executing the installation, assembly, and testing of the dry-pipe system in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations (RNE – Safety).
Main Responsibilities
* Installation of black steel piping (threaded and/or grooved).
* Assembly of fire suppression cabinets.
* Installation of valves, siamese connections, and system accessories.
* Coordination of hydrostatic testing.
* Verification of pipe slopes, supports, and fixings.
* Reading and interpretation of drawings.
* Direct coordination with site resident engineer and supervision.
* Strict adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
* Technician graduate in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Sanitary Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in fire suppression systems (dry-pipe).
* Experience in multi-family or commercial buildings.
* Knowledge of applicable regulations (RNE).
* Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines.
* Immediate availability.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in projects exceeding 5 stories.
* Proficiency in operating hydrostatic test equipment.
* Experience coordinating with supervision and quality control.
