We are expanding and seeking individuals for the Call Center position. **Candidate Profile We Seek** * Completed secondary education. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to work part-time, both on-site and hybrid. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver efficient and effective customer service. * Provide post-sales support and personalized assistance. * Make calls to confirm appointments. * Stay updated on the company's products and services. * Contribute to customer retention and maintenance of commercial relationships. **Location and Working Hours** * Laurel Rosa Street 210, Surquillo (Reference: Cabitos Train Station; behind Polvos de Higuereta Shopping Center) * Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM **Benefits** * Salary of 700–800 soles, plus bonuses and incentives. * Opportunity to gain experience in customer service and administrative management. * Positive work environment.
