




Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and manage administrative, operational, financial, and human resources activities while maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of administrative and operational activities. 2. Coordination of technical services and cost control. 3. Direct interaction with customers and suppliers. * Plan, organize, and supervise the company's administrative activities. * Coordinate with the technical department on scheduling maintenance, repair, and installation services for electric motors. * Monitor operational costs per service and project profitability. * Manage supplier payment controls. * Handle domestic and international procurement of spare parts, electrical materials, and external services. * Supervise inventory control (warehouse for equipment, tools, and spare parts). * Prepare managerial reports (revenues, expenses, profits, KPIs). * Manage invoicing, electronic shipping guides, collections, and customer payment follow-up. * Manage petty cash. * Maintain direct relationships with customers, providing administrative support and service follow-up. * Human resources management. * Supervise contracts, quotations, and service orders. * Support implementation of improvements in administrative and operational processes. * Document drafting. * Management assistance.
