We are currently experiencing growth and seeking a committed professional to strengthen our operations team. Position Objective Provide support in the **management, control, and tracking of contracts and purchase orders**, ensuring compliance with deadlines, documentary requirements, and internal coordination for proper project execution. Main Responsibilities * Review and analyze **contracts, purchase orders, contractual terms, and technical specifications**. * Monitor **contractual compliance**, including schedules, deliveries, and documentation. * Coordinate with **production, logistics, warehouse, and administration departments** for order execution. * Prepare and manage **physical and digital contract files**. * Draft **letters, reports, minutes, valuations, and formal communications**. * Track **delivery deadlines and alert on risks or delays**. * Support project management with **public and private clients**. * Maintain an updated **database of contracts and purchase orders**. * Other duties related to the operations area. Requirements **Academic Qualifications:** * Graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, International Business, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in operations, logistics, administration, or contract management (preferred). * Preferred experience in industrial, manufacturing, or government supplier companies. **Knowledge:** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel. * Document management. * Contract reading and analysis. * Preferred knowledge of public procurement processes and purchase orders.
