Coordinate the introduction of new materials and ensure quality standards **About the Opportunity** ========================= Ensure packaging material supply across all operations in Peru, guaranteeing availability, volumes, forecasts, and required technical and quality criteria—while optimizing costs and integrating and managing planning, inventories, suppliers, quality, and finance across the supply chain.**Responsibilities** ==================== * End-to-end management of packaging material planning and procurement, ensuring availability aligned with operational forecasts, production plans, and commercial requirements. * Manage packaging inventories from pre-season build-up through consumption and post-season run-out, controlling target levels, buffers, slow-moving or obsolete stock, excesses, and final disposition—ensuring accuracy, traceability, and financial alignment. * Coordinate and execute the introduction process for new materials, SKUs, and packaging formats—including initial technical evaluations, pilot testing, operational validations, and transition plans with existing materials. * Ensure packaging materials comply with technical specifications, quality standards, customer requirements, and brand guidelines through inspections, logistics testing, graphic arts validations, and active coordination with suppliers, operations, and quality teams. * Manage operational relationships with packaging material suppliers and third parties involved in supply. * Ensure proper execution of financial processes related to packaging procurement and inventory—including purchase order validation, goods receipt, invoicing, month-end accruals, and accounting reclassifications. **Candidate Profile** ===================== Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Industrial, Agro-industrial, Business Administration, or a related field with emphasis on Operations or Supply Chain * Specialization or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or Planning required * 3\-5 years of experience managing packaging materials in agro-industrial companies required * Knowledge: planning, procurement, and inventory management; direct material procurement or production planning with focus on materials * Experience: Material planning, end-to-end inventory management * Proficiency with ERP systems and analytical tools for decision-making * Ability to solve complex problems and make autonomous decisions * Clear communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders * Analytical and systemic thinking, with an end\-to\-end focus * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally * Driver's license A1 * Advanced English proficiency required
