Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor platforms, analyze tender documents, prepare technical and economic proposals, and manage procurement systems. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and analysis of business opportunities in public and private procurement. 2. Preparation of technical and economic proposals. 3. Management of public (SEACE) and private procurement systems. Main Responsibilities * **Search and Selection:** Monitor public and private procurement platforms daily to identify business opportunities. * **Tender Document Analysis:** Read and understand Terms of Reference (TOR), bidding documents, and tender specifications. * **Proposal Preparation:** Compile the technical proposal (documents, experience, personnel, schedules) and economic proposal (pricing, margins, costs). * **Platform Management:** Operate official public procurement systems (e.g., SEACE in Peru) and other PRIVATE systems. Required Profile and Skills * **Education:** Typically professionals in Administration, Engineering, Law, Economics, or related fields. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Proficiency in the Public Procurement Law and applicable regulations in your country. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent writing skills, analytical ability, negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
