




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed professional to provide support in tenders, tender document review, proposal preparation, and document management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical proposal preparation support and document management 2. Coordination with internal departments and public entities 3. Searching for and tracking procurement processes across various platforms **REQUIREMENTS:** · University studies or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Law, or related fields. · Preferably with training in: government procurement. · Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the Tender area. · Intermediate proficiency in Office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Searching for and tracking procurement processes across national and international platforms. · Reviewing tender documents, preparing queries, and summary tables. · Supporting technical proposal preparation (e.g., annexes, templates, signature coordination, etc.). · Submitting bids and tracking them until award. · Document management for tenders and contracts (e.g., bank guarantees, insurance policies, requirements). · Coordination with internal departments and public entities. · Other administrative responsibilities assigned. **SKILLS:** Proactive, committed, team-oriented, effective communicator, service-oriented, sense of urgency.
