Concurrently, we organize B2B business trade fairs under the brand FoodTech Ingredients, bringing together suppliers, buyers, and industry professionals in high-impact commercial venues. We are currently seeking a Junior Production Assistant to provide operational and logistical support to the Production, Exhibition, and specialized events departments. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in event production, coordination, or commercial assistance. * Prior experience in corporate, gastronomic, institutional events or business trade fairs. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Calendar, and digital tools. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Fluent communication and strong interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and follow-up capability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support in logistical and operational coordination of the trade fair. * Support in logistical and operational coordination of the event. * Schedule, meeting, and task management. * Fluent communication with partners, clients, and internal teams. * Coordination of shuttle bus management. * Support for business matchmaking sessions. * Support for tastings, barista championships, etc. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration. * Productivity bonus. * Opportunity for growth and learning in the B2B events and trade show industry. * Positive work environment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,200.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
