That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Description** Serve as consistent technical support for the customer service department, and also provide support by preparing comparative analyses and reports as required by business needs. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Requesting information from insurers. * Preparing comparative tables and reports related to various insurance policies of our clients. * Continuously optimizing tools used by the department (e.g., macros for reporting, condition comparisons, etc.). * Monitoring claim reports delivered to clients, verifying their frequency. * Supporting special requests such as data analysis, tables, statistical charts, management presentations, KPIs, etc. **About You** * Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * English: Advanced * Knowledge and Experience: Analytical and innovative ability in information processing. Minimum of 6 months’ experience in insurance or reinsurance companies is desirable. * Tools: Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and VBA) and Power BI (developing automated dashboards and connecting online data sources). Basic knowledge of Power Automate for RPA creation, database handling, and Microsoft Office suite is valued. * Competencies: Teamwork, continuous improvement orientation, collaborative work, accountability, and willingness to propose ideas and communicate assertively.
