Over more than a century of history, Yokogawa continues working toward a sustainable society through its network of over 17\.000 employees across 122 companies spanning 61 countries. **Position: INSTRUMENTATION FOREMAN** * **Academic Requirements:** * Technician graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Industrial Automation, Industrial Electrotechnology, or Mechatronics. * Certification will be verified via copies of academic degrees and/or certificates. * **Required Experience:** * Minimum five (05\) years of documented cumulative experience in Instrumentation and Control Foreman roles within industrial facilities and/or plant shutdowns and/or routine maintenance in the Oil \& Gas sector (e.g., petroleum refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas fractionation and liquefaction plants, etc.), or in private or public entities, preferably within the energy, mining, hydrocarbons, or related sectors. * Certification will be verified via employment certificates and/or work confirmation letters. * **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * Disseminate work procedures and conduct safety talks for team members. * Assess risks and report all unsafe conditions to which team members may be exposed. * Assign tasks to Instrumentation Technicians based on criticality and priority. * Supervise execution of work performed by Instrumentation Technicians. * Ensure and verify compliance with quality standards during work execution. * Report activity progress to the supervisor. * Request necessary materials from the supervisor for instrumentation repairs. * Resolve any differences or conflicts among Technicians. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * Work permit regulations and safe work practices. * Proficiency in codes, regulations, and quality standards. * Interpretation of loop diagrams, P\&ID, and technical documentation. * Maintenance, calibration, and testing of Instrumentation and Control system loops. * Use, handling, and configuration of calibration equipment. * **Key Competencies:** * Leadership, proactive, dynamic, responsible, respectful, ethical, compliant with regulations and work instructions, creativity, quality orientation, safety orientation, teamwork capability, problem-solving and conflict management, personnel management, effective and assertive communication, active listening, organizational skills, and assertive decision-making.
