This position is ideal for proactive, organized individuals with an interest in developing within the naval sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Support planning and control of operations. * Coordinate with field supervisors on service execution. * Monitor schedules, resources, and deadline compliance. * Participate in technical visits and support inspections. * Verify operational documentation for billing processes. * Support cost control and efficient resource utilization. * Coordinate with logistics regarding material and equipment availability. * Ensure compliance with safety standards during operations. * Provide support in supervising operational staff. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in similar positions (mandatory in the metal-mechanical sector). * Knowledge of industrial services or the naval sector is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills, teamwork ability, and effective communication. * **Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao.** **Working Conditions** * **Immediate payroll registration upon hiring.** * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * Saturday: 7:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. * Pleasant work environment. * Professional growth path. * Opportunity to learn in the **naval field**. **Valued Competencies** * Proactivity * Responsibility * Results orientation * Analytical ability * Ability to work under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
