Training of operational staff **Job Description:** A leading company in the sector is seeking Production or Maintenance Mechanics. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed studies in Production Mechanics or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial, metal-mechanical, and assembly companies. * Knowledge of production machinery maintenance, electricity, and related areas. * Proficiency in using lathe, milling, and grinding tools. * Availability to work at Av. Maquinarias 2414, Cercado de Lima. * Availability to work three rotating 8-hour shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment to ensure proper operation. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant infrastructure to ensure facility safety. * Install and operate plant equipment to ensure smooth production cycle operation. * Train operational staff on equipment usage and maintenance to sustain operational continuity. * Maintain order and cleanliness of tools and workplace to minimize machine downtime. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Maximum remuneration: s/2000 * Rotating shifts: Day (6:00am – 2:00pm), Afternoon (2:00pm – 10:00pm), Night (10:00pm – 6:00am) * Full payroll registration from day one. * Payment biweekly and at month-end. * Pleasant working environment. **If you meet the requirements and agree with the monthly remuneration of s/2000, apply through this channel or send your CV indicating the position name to 988450643.** Salary: S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
