Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide operational and executive marketing support, focused on supplier management, events, communications, and commercial leads. Coordination of suppliers and marketing communications **Job Description** ---------------------- Operational and executive marketing support: suppliers, events, communications, marketing materials, and commercial lead management. Develop periodic reports on lead filtering and follow-up with the sales team. Provide support in planning, executing, and reporting on corporate events, trade shows, activations, training sessions, etc. Coordinate, request quotations from, and continuously monitor suppliers of advertising materials, printing services, and agencies. Draft preliminary press releases, internal announcements, or product information requested by media or partners. Perform daily monitoring, filtering, and rapid assignment of leads entering through digital marketing channels. Ensure collected data is cleanly registered in the CRM and promptly routed to the sales pipeline. Any other requirements from the department Manage inventory, distribution, and delivery of merchandise, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and printed collateral. Monitor quality of deliveries from merchandise, POP, and printed material suppliers.
