At PULICORP, we seek someone with leadership and strategic vision. **YOUR CHALLENGE:** * Lead and supervise field operational teams. * Plan services using high-precision tools (MS Project/AutoCAD). * Ensure quality and safety standards (SSOMA). * Maintain smooth communication with key clients. ✅ **WHAT DO YOU NEED?** * Age: 25 to 35 years old * Education: Graduate or degree holder in Industrial, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in operational assistance. * Tools: AutoCAD (Proficient), MS Project (Advanced), and Intermediate Office suite. * Mandatory: Class A1 driver’s license and full availability for travel. * Attitude: Planning ability, quality focus, and teamwork orientation. ✅ **OUR BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/ 1,800.00 \+ Mobility bonus S/ 300.00\. * MYPE payroll: Only 15 vacation days per year * Continuous training and Career Path Plan. * Dynamic and challenging work environment. * Career path.
