Production Operator

Description

Job Summary: Participate in product manufacturing by inspecting and sorting goods for packaging, adhering to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active participation in the product manufacturing process. 2. Compliance with quality standards (BPM, HACCP, RSST). 3. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **JOB OBJECTIVE** Participate in various stages of the product manufacturing process according to established standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Verify that goods arriving from washing meet appropriate characteristics for packaging. 2. Sort products into first-grade, second-grade, and third-grade categories. 3. Package products according to their classification. 4. Comply with established BPM, HACCP, and RSST standards. 5. Ensure proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment). **JOB SPECIFICATIONS** **Education:** Completed secondary education or technical training in food industries. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the position. **Skills:** Initiative, teamwork, appropriate interpersonal conduct, ability to work under pressure, and physical and psychological fitness for working in environments with varying temperatures.
