Promotes continuous improvement and sustainability in production **Job Opening: Production and Maintenance Coordinator** MP Recicla S.A.C. (CICLO), a company dedicated to integrated waste management and material valorization, is seeking a Production and Maintenance Coordinator to strengthen the Production area team. **Position Objective** To plan, coordinate, and supervise (in constant alignment with Plant Management) production and maintenance activities across all operational lines, ensuring equipment efficiency, availability, and operational continuity, as well as compliance with the company’s defined quality, productivity, safety, and sustainability objectives. **Candidate Profile** * Individuals with training in electricity, electrotechnology, mechanics, welding, and/or related fields. * Knowledge of basic preventive and corrective maintenance. * Technical knowledge in industrial mechanics, electricity, and welding. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Knowledge of industrial safety and environmental regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate with Plant Supervisor and Design to execute the Annual Production Plan and the Annual Maintenance and Calibration Plan (AMCP). * Supervise daily production services according to defined targets and indicators (OEE, quality, productivity). * Plan, validate, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across all equipment and machinery. * Identify technical incidents, analyze deviations, and propose effective solutions. * Manage spare parts and critical resources inventory, requesting authorization from the Plant Supervisor and Design for acquisition or replenishment. * Continuously coordinate with Quality, Safety, Design, Logistics, and Administration departments to ensure operational alignment with the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Prepare technical reports on production, maintenance, downtime, equipment efficiency, and availability. * Propose process improvements, resource optimization, and minor investments to enhance plant productivity. * Train operational staff on good production and maintenance practices, reinforcing standards defined by management. * Maintain updated and properly archived equipment and infrastructure maintenance records. * Analyze and determine root causes of recurring equipment failures and propose preventive corrective actions. * Promote efficient and responsible use of resources such as energy, water, fuels, and plant materials. * Support compliance with established area indicators and continuous improvement initiatives. * Report any nonconformities or deviations affecting quality, safety, environment, or operational efficiency. * Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to Plant Management. * Ensure internal customer satisfaction by meeting established quality and delivery requirements. **Key Competencies:** * Operational and technical leadership * Effective and assertive communication * Organization, discipline, and informed decision-making * Teamwork and performance under pressure * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement **Conditions** * On-site work * Market-aligned financial incentive * Enrollment in MYPE payroll Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
