Job Summary: ETNA is seeking a Production Assistant to manage and control production, indicators, and operational costs at its Ventanilla site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the registration and control of production in SAP. 2. Monitor and optimize production and efficiency indicators. 3. Manage cost control and losses in the production process. We are currently seeking top talent to serve as a **Production Assistant** at our site located in **Ventanilla.** **Responsibilities** * Register recovery and crushing production in the SAP system to track and control raw materials and inputs used during production. * Record and review recovery and refining production indicators. * Control consumption of raw materials, inputs, and supplies used in production to maintain and/or reduce the area’s operational costs. * Record and review overall equipment effectiveness (OEE/EGE) indicators. * Review and monitor loss control and non-conforming products from the Ventanilla plant production. * Prepare the monthly production indicators and management report (key events) at each month-end closing. * Review shutdowns and key events with the Ventanilla plant coordinator. * Validate unplanned production shutdowns with the maintenance department. **Requirements** * Technical studies, Bachelor's degree, or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management Engineering. * Proficiency in industrial management indicators (OEE / EGE), inventory management, and loss/scrap control. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Management Control, Production Planning, or Process Analysis roles within industrial companies or those engaged in chemical/metallurgical transformation processes (preferably mass consumption or automotive sectors). **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration * Mobility bonus of approximately S/150 * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, SCTR, Essalud, Life Insurance Law) * Profit sharing * EPS coverage at 50% (optional) * SENATI sponsorship * Other corporate benefits such as Family Allowance for employees with children, Schooling Bonus, Newborn Bonus, Marriage Bonus, Financial support in case of death of immediate family members, Loans.
