Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage and optimize polymer production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and ensure compliance with the production plan. 2. Identify and implement improvements in plant processes. 3. Collaborate on digitalization and automation projects. At Resinas \& Acabados S.A.C., we are looking for top talent to fill the position of Production Supervisor for our emulsion polymer and derivatives plant. Responsibilities: Verify and ensure compliance with the production plan in coordination with plant supervisors and operators. Ensure availability of resources (raw materials, packaging, equipment, personnel, consumables, etc.) to meet the production plan. Monitor daily production progress, report deviations (stoppages, rework, delays), and propose corrective actions. Actively participate in root cause analysis of deviations together with the Process Area. Coordinate with the Maintenance Area regarding scheduled shutdowns and emergencies, promptly communicating their impact on the production plan. Work closely with the Planning Area to close gaps between the plan and actual execution. Prepare daily/weekly reports on volumes produced, consumption, efficiency, downtime, rework, and other management indicators. Provide feedback on actual vs. theoretical times, identifying opportunities for improvement in scheduling and performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the plant. Support digitalization and automation projects for production reporting. Comply with and enforce safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Other duties related to the position or assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in Production or related areas. Advanced Excel / Power BI proficiency. Knowledge of Operations Management. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Desirable: Prior experience in chemical manufacturing plants or continuous processes (not mandatory). Willingness to work onsite in Ventanilla.
