Certified, licensed, and registered. * Certification will be verified via copies of academic degrees and\/or certificates and CIP competency certificate. * **Required Experience:** * Minimum accumulated experience of 06 years in roles related to instrumentation, control, and automation maintenance during plant shutdowns in the Oil \& Gas sector (e.g., petroleum refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas fractionation and liquefaction plants), power generation, mining, and related industries—as Resident Engineer / Leader / Coordinator of Instrumentation & Control in industrial companies or private or public entities. * Certification will be verified via employment certificates and\/or letters of service. * **Responsibilities:** * Lead the execution team for instrumentation, control, and automation maintenance activities during plant shutdowns. * Ensure availability of required human resources, tools, materials, and equipment for efficient activity execution. * Ensure instrumentation maintenance—including calibration, functional testing, instrument replacement, control loop verification, etc.—is performed in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, safety, and operations maintenance departments to optimize work sequencing. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all maintenance activities. * Support correct planning and implementation of work permits, risk assessments, and operational procedures for assigned tasks. * Report progress, deviations, and corrective actions to supervisors and management to meet scheduled timelines. * Issue daily and final reports on progress, incidents, resources utilized, and activity closure. * Participate in coordination meetings with contractors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure effective communication. * Ensure preparation of daily, weekly, monthly (as required by the client), and post\-shutdown final follow\-up reports. * Propose improvements to maintenance processes and identify and document lessons learned and suggestions for improving future shutdowns. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Proficiency in computer software packages: Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and Primavera P6, Power BI. * Maintenance management, industrial safety, and project control. * Familiarity with codes, standards, and regulations: ISO, API, GP, NTP, ISA, NFPA. * Calibration and maintenance of instrumentation—including transmitters, control valves, primary measurement elements, transmitters, switches, DCS, SIS, F\&G, PLC, and SCADA systems, as well as control loop testing. * Interpretation of loop diagrams, P\&ID, and technical documentation. * Technical knowledge of industrial maintenance. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and contractor management. * Safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork, proactive, dynamic, responsible, respectful, ethical, problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities, effective communication and results orientation, adaptability and pressure management, quality orientation, safety orientation.
