Valid professional license or registration. * Courses or certifications in QA/QC for instrumentation. * Verification will be conducted via copies of academic degrees and/or certificates and CIP skill certification. * **Required Experience:** * Minimum accumulated verified experience of 04 years in QA/QC activities related to industrial instrumentation systems and/or reliability of instrumentation, control, and automation systems during plant shutdowns in the Oil \& Gas sector (e.g., petroleum refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas fractionation and liquefaction plants), power generation, mining, and related industries. * Proven experience as a QA/QC Supervisor in refineries or Oil \& Gas plants. Prior participation in at least one major plant shutdown, leading instrumentation-related inspections and work releases. * Verification will be conducted via employment certificates and/or letters of appointment. * **Responsibilities:** * Conduct field surveys, inspections, and releases of certain instrumentation system components, including: primary measurement element verification (orifice plates, Venturi tubes, Pitot tubes), evaluation of instrument range and setpoints differing from original design, material substitutions, etc. * Supervise and verify that installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning activities for instruments comply with technical specifications and quality standards. * Validate calibration certificates, procedures, and data sheets. * Manage technical documentation associated with instrument QA/QC: inspection checklists, verification checklists (checklists), ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), RFIs (Requests for Inspection), and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). * Verify compliance with Petro Perú’s quality regulations and Certification/Acceptance guidelines for executing plant instrumentation maintenance work. * Coordinate with various contractors, specialized service providers, disciplines (Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Rotating Equipment, etc.), and/or departments (Operations, Technical, Maintenance) involved in the shutdown to ensure full execution of the plan. * Guarantee operational reliability of instrumentation systems modified during the shutdown, in accordance with PETROPERÚ’s quality systems and Certification/Acceptance guidelines. * Prepare and ensure necessary documentation for QA/QC closeout and final dossier delivery. * Participate in coordination, safety, and quality meetings during the shutdown. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Field instrumentation: pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters; control valves; process switches, etc. * Applicable regulations and standards (ISO, IEC, ANSI, etc.). * Intermediate\-advanced knowledge of SCADA systems, PLCs, DCS (Distributed Control Systems), SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems), F\&G (Fire & Gas) systems, and industrial communication systems (networks). * Calibration, configuration, and loop verification techniques. * Interpretation of P\&ID diagrams, loop diagrams, electrical schematics, and logic diagrams. * Management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Requests for Inspection (RFIs), and test protocols. * Welding and mechanical assembly procedures related to instrumentation (basic knowledge). * Proficiency in measurement tools, calibration software, and digital document control platforms. * Proficiency in office software packages: Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). * **Key Competencies:** Proactive, dynamic, responsible, respectful, ethical, technical leadership, and decision-making.
