Job stability and professional growth A prominent environmental-sector company specializing in comprehensive hazardous waste management is seeking an **SSOMA Assistant / Prevention Specialist** to join its team. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in implementing and ensuring compliance with the Annual SSOMA Program. * Coordinate and conduct inductions, safety talks, and staff trainings. * Manage the control and recordkeeping of personal protective equipment (PPE) distribution. * Monitor staff occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements (EMO, SCTR, Life Insurance Law). * Administer the dispatch and control of OHS-related documentation for services. * Report unsafe acts and conditions. * Support safety inspections and preparation of corresponding reports. **Requirements:** * Graduate of a technical or university program in Safety, OHS, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience performing similar duties. * Knowledge of current Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on-site in Ventanilla. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Conditions:** * Remuneration between S/ 1,800 and S/ 2,000, based on evaluation. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Opportunity for job stability and professional growth.
