Job stability and opportunities for professional development A well-established environmental-sector company, specializing in integrated hazardous waste management, is seeking an **SSOMA Assistant / Prevention Specialist** to join its team. **Responsibilities** * Support implementation and monitoring of the Annual SSOMA Program. * Coordinate and deliver safety inductions, safety talks, and staff training sessions. * Monitor and record issuance of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Track compliance with occupational safety and health requirements for personnel (EMO, SCTR, Life Insurance Law). * Manage dispatch, control, and archiving of occupational safety and health (OSH) documentation related to services. * Report unsafe acts or substandard conditions. * Provide support during safety inspections and preparation of corresponding reports. **Requirements** * Graduate of a technical or university program in Safety, OSH, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of current occupational safety and health regulations. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work on-site in Ventanilla. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Conditions** * Compensation between S/ 1,800 and S/ 2,000, subject to evaluation. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Job stability and opportunities for professional development.
