The candidate must be punctual, organized, and committed to the holistic development of young children. Responsibilities 1\. Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing pedagogical activities adapted to each child's needs, applying knowledge gained from prior experience. 2\. Foster a safe, warm, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and socialization, using strategies proven effective in educational centers. 3\. Assist in developing basic skills: fine and gross motor skills, language, personal autonomy, and social coexistence, identifying opportunities for improvement based on experience. 4\. Perform classroom preparation and organization tasks, including teaching materials and play areas, ensuring proper use and maintenance. 5\. Monitor children's safety and well-being during all activities, including mealtime and rest periods, with the ability to respond promptly in emergency situations.
