Job Summary: We are seeking an architect with experience in cost estimation, budgeting, interior design, construction supervision, and drafting plans for a social housing company. Key Highlights: 1. Material management and construction progress tracking A reputable construction company committed to affordable housing in our country is currently seeking architecture professionals with experience in cost estimation and budgeting, interior design, construction supervision, and drafting specialty plans. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree, professional title, or registered architect. \- Knowledge of construction materials and logistics processes. \- One year of experience as an Architect. \- Valid driver's license (MANDATORY) **Responsibilities:** \- Generate purchase orders according to budgets. \- Prepare required designs for submission to management. \- Prepare and update quotations for various materials required on site. \- Monitor construction progress and coordinate material dispatches according to production needs. \- Control, coordinate, and track material dispatches with various suppliers. \- Manage and control the petty cash fund for the project. \- Control and coordinate maintenance of assets under their responsibility (machinery, vehicles, computers, field tools, etc.). \- Promptly communicate and manage any issues that may arise during the construction process. **BENEFITS:** \- Competitive market-based salary. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Work location: SJL, Lima Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
