Job Summary: This position ensures the control, recording, and custody of equipment, tools, and supplies, guaranteeing traceability and timely availability of resources for operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and custody of equipment and supplies in the warehouse. 2. Comprehensive inventory and movement management in the system. 3. Coordination and support in stock planning. **Job Objective** Ensure proper control, recording, and custody of equipment, tools, and supplies, guaranteeing traceability of incoming and outgoing items, as well as timely availability of resources for operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving, verifying, and entering equipment, tools, and supplies into the warehouse. * Recording all movements in the system (incomings and outgoings). * Controlling and dispatching materials according to authorized requirements. * Issuing delivery guides and associated documentation. * Proper organization and storage of products. * Conducting monthly physical inventories and reconciling them with the system. * Identifying stock discrepancies and reporting them promptly. * Custody and care of stored assets. * Coordination with procurement, operations, and logistics departments. * Supporting stock replenishment planning. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse. * Managing tools assigned to personnel (loans and returns). **Requirements** **Education:** * Technical diploma or studies in logistics, administration, or related fields (preferred). **Experience:** * 1–3 years in warehouse roles, preferably in service companies, construction, or technical sectors (HVAC, maintenance, etc.). **Knowledge:** * Inventory and ledger management. * Issuance of delivery guides. * Excel proficiency (basic/intermediate level). **Working Conditions:** * Working Hours: 8:00 am \- 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am \- 1:00 pm on Saturdays * Work Type: On-site * Workplace: Bellavista, Callao Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
