




Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Financial Analyst with experience in auditing, accounting, and financial analysis, focused on logistics services and compliance with IFRS. Financial data analysis and proposals for process improvement Our client, **MULTINATIONAL LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDER**, is looking for a **Business Financial Analyst** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * 3 to 5 years of experience in financial auditing, internal auditing, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in high-volume transaction environments. * 6 years of experience in treasury-accounting environments. * Experience in service, logistics, and/or international trade sectors. * Solid understanding of Oracle ERP functionality. * Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with Power Query. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary * On-site working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM in San Isidro * Payroll: General Regime **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and control operational transactions related to logistics services (purchases, invoicing, intercompany services), ensuring compliance with IFRS. * Validate and reconcile operational documents (B/L, waybills, invoices, debit/credit notes) against commercial agreements, ensuring correct accounting treatment. * Manage and supervise proper information integration between the OTM system (Oracle Transportation Management) and Oracle ERP financial modules, ensuring traceability of operations (end-to-end accounting process). * Perform monthly closing activities related to logistics operations, including accruals, unbilled revenue, accumulated costs, and account reconciliations (including the full set of financial statements), ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information. * Perform high-volume account reconciliations: accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), deferred revenue, in-transit costs, and operational accounts. * Analyze and ensure financial data integrity, identifying variances and proposing process improvements. * Support other financial activities assigned by the department head.
