At **Liberty Soluciones Inmobiliarias**, a growing Peruvian company in the construction and real estate sector, we are seeking a **Construction Logistics (Warehouse) Specialist**, responsible for ensuring proper supply, control, and tracking of materials and resources in assigned projects. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with experience in logistical management within civil construction environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate the **purchase and receipt of materials** according to project requirements. * Perform **control and registration of materials and supplies** in inventory. * Monitor **project progress** and ensure timely availability of necessary resources. * Support **payment processing based on project progress**, in coordination with the administrative department. * Maintain updated documentation and reports on material flows and suppliers. * Ensure warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and site safety. * Coordinate with the site resident engineer and construction supervisor to ensure schedule compliance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or near completion in **Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.** * **3 years of experience** in similar roles within the construction or real estate sector. * Strong knowledge of **construction logistics, material control, and procurement.** * Advanced to intermediate proficiency in **Excel and inventory management tools.** * Must reside in **Ventanilla or neighboring districts.** **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of **S/. 2,000 under RxH.** * Initial **3-month contract**, renewable based on performance. * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company. * Collaborative work environment focused on results. * Possibility of renewal and continued employment based on performance.
