Participation in occupational safety and health management **HR AND ADMINISTRATION INTERN** **Requirements:** * Graduated or in final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Support in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, candidate communication, and interview coordination). * Candidate tracking and updating of process statuses. * Support in onboarding and induction (document management, contracts, and system registration). * Personnel administration (personnel file updates, handling inquiries, and payroll slip distribution). * Training support (logistics, attendance tracking, and reporting). * Support for workplace climate and well-being activities (team integration, internal communications, and events). * Compliance with internal policies and support during labor audits. * Occupational safety and health support (active breaks, ergonomics, and incident reporting). * Preparation and updating of HR reports and databases. * Administrative and operational support to various departments. * Support in implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Plan. * Conducting active breaks * Birthday celebrations * Administrative task support (inventory, procurement, etc.) **Competencies:** * Organization * Effective communication * Proactivity and initiative * Teamwork * Responsibility and commitment **Benefits:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (30 hours/week, on-site). * Internship agreement. * Remuneration: S/ 1,130\. * Location: Miraflores.
