




Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning Analyst to develop expertise in operations and supply chain, managing spare parts for the industrial sector and ensuring business operational continuity. Opportunity for growth into supply chain roles **About the Role:** At Serwell, we aim to bring on board a Planning Analyst eager to grow within operations and supply chain, actively participating in spare parts management for the industrial sector. This role is critical to ensuring the right products are available at the right time, directly impacting our customers’ operational continuity and business results. **What You’ll Do in This Role:** * Support spare parts demand planning by analyzing trends and consumption patterns. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate turnover. * Coordinate replenishments, purchases, and imports according to business needs. * Track purchase orders and supply lead times. * Identify stock-out or overstock risks and propose corrective actions. * Prepare management reports to support decision-making. * Maintain up-to-date information in the ERP system. **What We’re Looking For:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory, or planning (including internships). * Advanced Excel skills (data analysis). * Interest in developing expertise in planning, procurement, and inventory management. * Experience managing and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency in handling and interpreting financial and operational ratios. * Experience creating and developing reports in Power BI. * Ability to design and manage interactive dashboards oriented toward decision-making. * Experience using ERP systems, preferably Odoo (desirable). **What Will Make You Stand Out?** * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Management Metrics:** You will have visibility and involvement in key metrics such as: * Stock-out rate * Inventory turnover * Supply fulfillment rate * Planning accuracy **What We Offer:** * Training in inventory management and planning within a real industrial environment. * Exposure to key business processes and decision-making. * Opportunity for advancement into higher-responsibility supply chain roles. **Conditions** * On-site work – Santa Anita. * Working hours: Monday to Friday \+ Saturday morning. **Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity** This is not an administrative position.
