




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities to ensure the operational performance and efficiency of equipment and logistics systems, coordinating with suppliers and other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the tracking and rescheduling of maintenance tasks. 2. Supervises suppliers and ensures the operational readiness of critical equipment. 3. Proposes improvements to the Annual Maintenance Program to optimize costs. **Job Description** ---------------------- Track planned maintenance tasks in the AMP and prepare rescheduling as required by the Distribution Center. Supervise and inspect suppliers during maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Review supplier quotations and reports, and validate solutions jointly with the Maintenance Manager, prioritizing cost savings and efficiency. Classify incidents according to criticality (Emergency, Urgent, High) per Maintenance Management guidelines. Propose improvement initiatives for the Annual Maintenance Program to optimize costs and processes. Ensure operational readiness of logistics equipment and critical systems (BCI, substation, electrical panels, UPS). Manage maintenance assets and oversee general service providers. Keep regulatory certifications up to date. Coordinate with other operations departments to identify improvement opportunities. Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * 2 years of experience in maintenance work; preferably in industrial or warehouse settings. * Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or Technical Degree from TESUP. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Assertive communication, organizational and planning skills, leadership. * Prior experience managing teams.
