Opportunity for professional growth **Plant Supervisor – Food Production** **Location:** Ate **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Description:** We are currently seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead and oversee production and storage processes at a food manufacturing plant. This position focuses on ensuring operational continuity, compliance with quality and food safety standards, and efficient use of resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise production processes, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. * Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), and current health regulations. * Monitor the receipt, storage, and rotation of raw materials and supplies. * Oversee daily production, storage, and dispatch activities. * Manage production records, yield loss reports, time logs, and audit documentation. * Coordinate shifts, staff assignments, and operational control. * Conduct plant inspections and monitor implementation of improvement plans. * Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely supply. * Report operational incidents to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in food production plants. * Knowledge of GMP, SSOPs, and health regulations. * Experience in quality control and production processes. * Experience supervising personnel. * Familiarity with production management systems (INFOREST preferred). **Competencies:** * Leadership * Organization and planning * Results orientation * Teamwork * Decision-making **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration * Job stability * Opportunity for professional growth **Availability:** Immediate Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
