Coordination of digital campaigns and operational management. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Responsible for sales strategy; improvement, productivity, quality, and customer service \- Planning, organization, and training of personnel under supervision. \- Management and implementation of the Shiol system (desirable) \- Coordination with the design and implementation department for digital campaigns, meetings, strategies, among others. \- Coordination with the relevant department \- Inventory management, scheduling, supplier management, among others. \- Review daily records \- Review staff attendance **Experience and Knowledge:** \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration \- One year of work experience in this position \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
