Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect with housing project experience to coordinate and supervise the development and execution of projects, ensuring quality and control. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and integration of architectural and specialty drawings. 2. Project monitoring and control, supervision of finishes on site. 3. Development of architectural details and quality control. **PROJECT ARCHITECT** REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor's degree in Architecture. · Minimum 2 years of experience in the housing sector (single-family and/or multi-family). Preference given to candidates with experience targeting NSE B+ and above. · Knowledge of finishes. · Proficiency in project control and tracking software: Microsoft Project, intermediate Excel. · Familiarity with Peru’s National Building Code (RNE) and INDECI procedures. · Proficiency in design software: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. · Intermediate knowledge of project specialties. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Coordination with specialty designers; integration of architectural and specialty drawings. · Proposal and development of architectural details. · Monitoring and control of changes for assigned projects. · Coordination with the construction team, resolution of queries, supervision/review of on-site finishes. · Valuations. · Quality control during construction execution phase. · Other related duties as assigned by management.
