




Job Summary: Support the Warehouse Supervisor in controlling, safeguarding, and preserving products by performing weighing, cleaning, and maintaining physical and digital records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in the management and custody of warehouse products 2. Control of raw material and product inflows, outflows, and stock levels 3. Application of good warehousing and handling practices \- Support the Warehouse Supervisor in activities necessary to ensure proper storage, custody, preservation, and safe disposition of stored products and supplies. \- Weigh products and control the inflow and outflow of raw materials, equipment, materials, reusable and new packaging, and finished products. \- Execute warehouse cleaning programs with support from cleaning staff and maintain clean and orderly warehouses. \- Inspect stored products daily and report their preservation status and packaging condition to the Warehouse Supervisor. \- Maintain a physical file of MSDS for stored products and, additionally, a digital file accessible to warehouse, production, and logistics management teams. \- Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System regarding storage, inventories, non-conforming products, dispatch, as well as instructions related to warehouse management. \- Apply good warehousing and handling practices in operations. \- Organize products to enable quick and effective counting. \- Place products in the warehouse according to instructions and NU classification. \- Identify and relocate products with low or no movement. \- Keep physical records up-to-date for all warehouse movements and stored product stock levels. \- Physically verify and perform appropriate weighing of received raw materials. \- Deliver quality certificates, test reports, or quality documentation for raw materials to the Laboratory Head. \- Weigh and deliver raw materials according to production orders and supervise material delivery to production. \- Support periodic physical inventory execution by verifying accounting stock levels as well as the correct placement and proper identification of stored materials and products. \- Support the weighing and dispatch of finished products, as well as preparation of documentation required under the storage procedure. \- Coordinate with production and laboratory departments per instructions from the Warehouse Supervisor. \- Verify product loading onto authorized transport vehicles according to material type (compliance with MTC regulations) and complete corresponding records. \- Support completion of HISA's merchandise transportation vehicle logbook. \- Submit the corresponding physical count for Annex 1 products and a detailed stock report to Management, Logistics, and Human Resources within five business days after month commencement. \- Support the Supervisor in preparing reports and documentation required by Production and Logistics departments. \- Maintain an orderly workstation and lockers. Attend all company-organized talks or trainings to which assigned; comply with all occupational or clinical medical examinations conducted. \- Care for and control personal protective equipment (PPE); upon completion of use of each item, return it to the Safety Head. \- Be responsible for appropriate use of PPE on-site. \- Maintain control over sling inflows and outflows; such control must be submitted whenever modifications occur. This record shall be submitted to the Human Resources Department, with copies to the Safety Assistant and Production & SIG Coordinator. \- Obligated to sign for documents delivered by the company. In case of disagreement, a written rebuttal may be submitted within no more than two (2) days following receipt of the referenced document. \- Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system directives and approaches implemented by the company, as well as established procedures. \- Must manage submission of the CITT; once personal medical leave exceeds 21 days, a maximum of 10 days after medical clearance will be granted to submit it.
