ELECTRICAL FOREMAN – FOR MINING CAMP

Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper execution of projects, leading teams and resolving technical issues in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and management of electrical project teams. 2. Supervision of electrical installations and compliance with safety regulations. 3. Technical problem resolution and on-site material management. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the execution of electrical work according to drawings and technical specifications. * Assign and distribute tasks to electricians and assistants. * Verify proper use of tools, materials, and electrical equipment. * Supervise installation and maintenance of wiring, electrical panels, lighting, grounding systems, and control equipment. * Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and safe work procedures (PETS, IPERC, ATS). * Monitor work progress, prepare daily activity reports, and communicate any deviations or issues. * Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and clients to ensure proper project execution. * Manage required site materials and report needs or shortages. * Train assigned personnel on electrical and safety procedures. * Conduct electrical tests and measurements to verify installation quality. * Perform other duties related to this position. Requirements: · Electrical Technician, Industrial Electrotechnology Technician, or related qualification. · Specialized training courses in industrial electrical installations, electrical maintenance, and electrical safety. · Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical work (preferably in mining camps or industrial environments). Work Location: (Mining Camp) Work Schedule: 21 \* 7 Full statutory payroll with all legally mandated benefits. Salary: S/.4,500\.00 \- S/.4,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
