We seek talent committed to efficiency, order, and respect for established procedures. **Position Description** As **FROZEN PRODUCTION ASSISTANT,** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \-Verify and validate documentation submitted by users in coordination with the plant’s Quality Assurance department and regulatory authorities for raw material unloading. \-Continuous supervision of the entire plant process. \-Preparation of production reports. \-Provide requested information to the Sitrapesca platform. \-Prepare reports for Supervision, Quality, and other required departments. \-Handle plant inspections: SANIPES, PRODUCE, OEFA, etc. \-Handle plant visits by customers and third parties. \-Maintain up-to-date plant statistics. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Callao. **CANDIDATE PROFILE:** \-Education: Fisheries Engineer, Food Engineer, Fisheries Biologist, or related field. \-Work experience: Minimum 2 years in frozen production at a processing plant. \-Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation practices. \-Prior participation in SANIPES, PRODUCE, OEFA, etc. audits. \-Intermediate computer skills and at least basic English proficiency. \-Ability to work in cold environments, strong organizational skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn. Preference for candidates residing in Callao Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
