We seek committed, responsible, and procedure-oriented collaborators who strictly adhere to safety and quality protocols, with availability to perform operational tasks in a dynamic environment. **Required Profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Reside in Ventanilla or near Parque Porcino. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with scheduled days off. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of waste and materials according to company-established procedures. * Support operational documentation management, organization, and control. * Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor, contributing to service scheduling compliance. **Offered:** * Enrollment in the MYPE payroll from day one with corresponding benefits. * Bi-weekly payments. * Mobility and meal allowance. * Attendance and performance incentives. * Continuous training for competency development. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
