Job Summary: Supervise container loading and unloading operations, coordinating with key stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance at port terminals and warehouses. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities * Supervise container loading and unloading operations at port terminals and warehouses. * Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, carriers, and port operators. * Verify compliance with operational and safety procedures. * Monitor proper container stuffing and cargo distribution. * Supervise operational documentation (packing list, VGM, loading reports, etc.). * Track shipments and ensure adherence to scheduled timelines. * Prepare operational reports and incident reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Requirements * Completed technical or university studies in International Trade, International Business, Maritime Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising maritime container loading operations. * Knowledge of import and export processes. * Familiarity with maritime and logistics documentation. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of port security regulations and logistics operations. * Willingness to perform fieldwork at port terminals, warehouses, or loading facilities.
