We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in industrial operations management and administration of quinoa and other Andean grain processing plants oriented toward export. Specialist in comprehensive supervision of production processes, quality control, warehouse and inventory management, ensuring compliance with national and international standards for export markets. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, conduct operational planning, optimize resources, and maintain constant coordination with the commercial department to guarantee order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and requirements of international customers. Focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and compliance with food safety, traceability, and food safety standards. Experience in: * Management and supervision of quinoa and legume processing plants. * Warehouse management for raw materials and finished products. * Logistics coordination for shipments and exports. * Production control, performance monitoring, and operational cost management. * Monitoring of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM), HACCP, and quality standards. * Coordination among production, logistics, and commercial departments. * Management of operational and administrative staff. * Supply planning and inventory control. * Preparation of operational reports and achievement of performance indicators.
