




Job Summary: Support the creation, updating, and organization of databases; implementation and monitoring of quality and document management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support in managing clinic databases 2. Collaboration in implementing Quality Management Systems 3. Assistance in administering the Document Management System * Support the creation, updating, and organization of the database containing information related to clinics, as well as its analysis. * Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. * Support the implementation, monitoring, and updating of procedures, operational documents, manuals, records, and controls established in the Quality Management System. * Support compliance with the storage and retrieval process for documentation within the Quality Management System. * Support the administration of the national-level Document Management System (user creation, activation, training, and deactivation). * Support the review of validation for corporate-adapted documentation to ensure it is properly uploaded into the Country Document Management System. * Assist in document control for the NeOS and Policytech platforms. * Support the implementation processes of Integrated Management Systems and Pharmacovigilance.
