Job Summary: Cerámicas Kantu S.A.C. is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure product display, inventory restocking, and maintain effective relationships at points of sale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper product display and inventory restocking. 2. Implement POP materials and promotions to enhance consumer visibility. 3. Maintain effective relationships with store managers and floor staff. **CERAMICAS KANTU S.A.C.** Cerámicas Kantu is a Peruvian company dedicated to manufacturing ceramic and porcelain borders (friezes), decorative accessories, marble, and glass products. With over 40 years of experience in the ceramics industry and more than 15 years in manufacturing construction finishing products, we have developed high-quality products featuring innovative designs. We are currently seeking a Merchandiser. ***Requirements*** · Graduated or final-cycle student in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. · Minimum 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser or in similar roles. · Basic Excel skills. · Availability to conduct field visits at the following locations: La Rambla Brasil, Real Plaza Salaverry, Open Plaza La Marina, and adjacent to Mall Plaza Bellavista; 2–3 stores will be visited per day. · Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with one day off per week. ***Responsibilities*** * Ensure proper product display on gondolas, shelves, and strategic locations, adhering to planograms and brand guidelines. * Perform inventory restocking and control, preventing stockouts and reporting replenishment needs. * Implement POP materials and promotions in-store, ensuring visibility and consumer appeal. * Maintain effective relationships with store managers and floor staff to facilitate collaboration, training, and compliance with commercial agreements. * Record information and prepare digital reports (photographic and written) regarding point-of-sale execution. * Plan and execute visit routes efficiently, optimizing time and ensuring full coverage of assigned stores. * Other duties related to the position. ***We Offer*** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal payroll registration. * Commissions. * Mobility allowance of S/100.00. * Intra-store transportation. * Food card \- SODEXO worth S/125.00. **If you meet the profile, please send your documented CV along with your base salary expectations to gricell.selecciondepersonal@gmail.com** **Subject: MERCANDISER** **WhatsApp: 908 749 310** Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
