Job Summary: A Food Engineering or related field professional with 3 years of experience in quality and food safety within the food industry, responsible for managing quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement. Focused on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance **PROFILE** * Degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, Agroindustrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in food industry companies, specifically in quality and food safety. * Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, internal audits, document control, nonconformance management, and continuous improvement. * Experience in supplier evaluation, process control, customer complaints, and action plan follow-up. * Familiarity with procedures at VUCE and DIGESA, technical specifications, pest control, and disinfection. * Ability to train personnel and coordinate with Production, Commercial, suppliers, and General Management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems. * Availability to perform duties 50% at the plant and 50% in the office. * Competencies: leadership, organization, technical judgment, effective communication, analytical ability, follow-up capability, and results orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain up-to-date manuals, procedures, work instructions, specifications, records, and other documents of the Quality and Food Safety System. * Ensure that Quality Assurance records are completed in accordance with applicable standards. * Supervise the quality management process system. * Verify procedures by establishing task sequences for work execution, identifying associated risks, defining actions to minimize such risks, and incorporating technological improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and risk, environment, and quality regulations. * Propose improvements to services and infrastructure across all company departments. * Coordinate the management of External/Internal Nonconformities, supervise implementation of Action Plans, conduct inspections for follow-up and verification of compliance. * Conduct internal audits according to the company’s annual audit plan. * Perform supplier audits for evaluation, selection, monitoring, and re-evaluation. * Verify compliance with the company’s product quality standards, from raw material and input receipt through packaging. * Review product technical specifications. * Document management at VUCE – DIGESA. * Manage pest control and disinfection services, including respective follow-up. * Handle customer complaints related to food safety. * Attend meetings with the Commercial Department to establish quality and food safety requirements for external suppliers. * Identify specific training needs and conduct or request external training. * Coordinate and keep the General Manager continuously informed about activities performed. * Perform other duties assigned within the scope of competence. **WORK SCHEDULE** **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Saturday:** 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Lunch break:** 1 hour, Monday to Friday. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * An already operational production and execution team. * Meal allowance covered. * Others Salary: S/.3,500.00 \- S/.4,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
