Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Assistant with experience in the food sector to join our production team, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork ability and attention to detail We are INDUSTRIAS INKA MIKUNA S.A.C., a company engaged in **FOOD PRODUCTION**, currently looking for a professional to fill the position of **Quality Control Assistant**, meeting the following profile: REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields**. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, **HACCP**, and **sanitary regulations**. * Minimum **6 MONTHS** of experience in quality control within food-sector companies (preferred). * Teamwork ability, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work in Ate (Santa Raquel). * Availability to work from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (**OVERTIME**).
