Application of GMP, PHS, and HACCP standards **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate in food industries, agro-industries, or related fields. * Knowledge of GMP, PHS, HACCP, Peruvian Technical Standards, productive processes, and use of measurement equipment for quality control in food production. * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control activities, raw material receipt, and food manufacturing processes—preferably in the grain sector. * Ability to work under pressure. * Must reside in areas near Huachipa, Lurigancho Chosica, Santa Clara, or Ate Vitarte. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform quality control activities at raw material intake, production process, storage, and customer dispatch stages. * Monitor compliance with procedures, work instructions, and completion of forms specified in the “GMP” and “PHS” manuals. * Assist in implementing methodologies, procedures, work instructions, and work standards. * Inspect finished products and evaluate processes through visual analysis or tools aiding in determining product quality. * Develop and implement improvement plans to minimize hazards or risks in production, storage, or dispatch. * Conduct technical tests and trials relevant to processes (e.g., moisture, temperature, density). * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities * Timely payments * Training programs **Job Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** Mza.
