Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage inventory of materials and equipment, ensure quality, stock control, and logistics for projects. Key Highlights: 1. Verification and management of materials and equipment for projects. 2. Inventory control and supervision of tools. 3. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities: * Verify the arrival of materials and equipment, ensuring they match purchase orders and project specifications. * Verify quality, quantity, and condition of materials, rejecting those that do not meet standards. * Register and label materials in the inventory system to ensure proper control. * Organize materials orderly and safely according to type, size, and frequency of use. * Ensure appropriate storage according to supplier-recommended conditions. * Comply with safety regulations to prevent occupational hazards and product damage. * Conduct periodic (physical and system) inventories to ensure alignment with inventory records. * Maintain precise stock control by recording material inflows and outflows. * Report low material levels and manage replenishment. * Manage delivery of materials and equipment to requesting departments. * Record and verify material requisitions to ensure correct delivery. * Ensure timely delivery without delays. * Supervise tool and equipment lending, usage, and return. * Coordinate preventive maintenance of tools and equipment during the project. * Maintain up-to-date documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, etc.). * Prepare periodic reports on inventory status and delivered materials. * Monitor material consumption to keep it within budget. * Ensure warehouse activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Manage waste generated by electrical materials in accordance with environmental regulations. * Maintain communication with other departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve incidents. * Provide logistical support for receipt and distribution of materials. * Conduct rigorous tracking of critical materials and equipment (e.g., transformers, generators, special cables). * Provide recommendations on inventory optimization and order adjustments based on project needs. * Perform other duties related to the position.
