Positive work environment and development opportunities At **VyP ICE S.A.C.**, we are looking for a **Cost and Valuation Engineer**, responsible for preparing, controlling, and monitoring budgets and valuations for mining and metalmechanical projects, ensuring proper economic control of executed services. **Requirements** * Professional **Mechanical Engineer** (ideal), Mechanical–Electrical, Industrial, or related fields. * **Graduated** (professional registration and license preferred). * Minimum **3 years** of experience in similar positions. * Proven experience in **mining and/or metalmechanical projects**. * Knowledge of **budgeting, costing, quantity take-offs, and valuations**. * Experience in **mechanical installation, piping, and structural steel projects** (preferred). * Proficiency in **intermediate/advanced Excel** (mandatory). * Ability to read and interpret drawings using AutoCAD. * Familiarity with MS Project or other project management tools (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Prepare and control **project budgets and cost analyses** for mining projects. * Perform **quantity take-offs** from mechanical, piping, and structural drawings. * Prepare and justify **progress valuations**. * Analyze variances between budgeted and actual execution. * Coordinate with engineering, production, and supervision teams to validate progress. * Prepare **economic control reports** for the project. * Support preparation of **technical–economic proposals** and tenders. * Verify technical and documentary support for payment certificates. **Competencies** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Organization and planning skills. * Effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork and ability to handle pressure. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a solid company in the **mining–metalmechanical sector**. * Participation in nationally significant projects. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. * Positive work environment and development opportunities.
