We seek a responsible, organized, and proactive **Human Resources and Administration Assistant**, who will provide support in administrative management, document control, and the company’s human talent processes. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Support payroll management, attendance control, and contract preparation. \- Coordinate recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes. \- Maintain up-to-date employee files and departmental databases. \- Collaborate in planning and implementing training programs and performance evaluations. \- Provide support in general administrative tasks. \- Assist with internal communication and workplace wellness activities. **Requirements:** \- Students in the final cycles of Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. \- Proactive attitude, ethics, and teamwork orientation. **We Offer:** \- Salary: S/1300 on MICRO payroll. \- Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. \- Positive work environment. \- Statutory and additional benefits.
