Screen CVs and schedule interviews. Prepare and administer employment contracts, renewals, and terminations in accordance with current legislation. Support document filing and record-keeping processes. Provide support in performance evaluations. Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts. Support the preparation of internal reports. **Requirements** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, selection, and contractual management. Knowledge of labor legislation and administrative document preparation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work proactively and results-oriented. Intermediate–Advanced Excel proficiency. Empathy, organization, and willingness to support multiple areas.
