You will contribute to occupational well-being and document management We are seeking a Talent and Culture Intern committed to strengthening internal people management processes and supporting the implementation of area activities, such as recruitment and selection processes, organizational climate and culture, training, internal communication, occupational well-being, and document management, aligned with the institutional strategic plan. **General Profile:** * University graduate and/or technical graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering * Knowledge of Power BI and Excel is desirable **Main Responsibilities:** * Archive, classify, and manage scans of compensation documents, memoranda, and other internal documents. * Maintain updated databases (data entry and registration of previously defined information). * Provide general administrative process support. * Record, update, and monitor staff attendance control; manage reports and incidents related to attendance, tardiness, and/or absences. * Prepare communication materials: lists, notices, informative emails, and internal documents. * Manage special dates: birthdays, work anniversaries, and internal recognitions. * Provide support in selection processes when multiple positions are open simultaneously. Job Type: Part-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.5\.00 per month Expected Hours: 30 per week Work Location: On-site employment
