As the **Laboratory Quality Control Leader**, your role will be to ensure efficient operations and compliance with quality, traceability, and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and strengthen the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable regulations. * Control quality documentation (evidence of compliance, instructions, records, and procedures), ensuring its timely update and compliance. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) applicable to conditioning and reconditioning authorized by DIGEMID. * Manage audits, inspections, and corrective action plans, ensuring timely resolution of observations and non-conformities. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered Pharmaceutical Chemist. (Mandatory) * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Quality Control Leader or Quality Assurance professional in the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, ISO 9001, document management, and regulatory compliance. * Experience in audits, inspections, and non-conformance management. * Knowledge of in-process controls, calibrations, thermal mapping, qualifications, validations, and critical support systems. * Knowledge of in-process controls, calibrations, thermal mapping, qualifications, validations, and critical support systems. \#LI\-MR2 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
